RESTRICTIONS

**Exchanges or refunds will be at the discretion of DCFF, unless a film is sold out. In the event of weather if the festival is postponed or rescheduled, your tickets will be good for the new festival dates. Seating is limited so we encourage you arrive early to ensure you will be seated. Those who purchase their tickets via Ticket Derby (single tickets only) will be seated first, followed by festival & day passes and then individual ticket holders purchased at the box office. Once we seat for your particular pass or ticket grouping, seats become open to anyone with either a pass or ticket. Just because you purchase a day or festival pass DOES NOT mean you will get seated, only that you will have the opportunity to be seated. It is up to YOU to make sure you are in the line to be seated. IF you pre-purchase your ticket to any film (single tickets) from Ticket Derby you will be guaranteed a seat. We are keeping tabs on ticket sales and will cut them off if we get close to any sell out. Films in the Community Theater only have 75 seats and the Eifler holds 500. We are also selling festival and day passes for each day and will take those sales into account when and if we consider a film "sold out". Obviously if you do not want the service charge and take advantage of our $1 off for bringing a food item for KY Harvest you will need to purchase tickets at the door. Just understand if you show 1 min before the film starts it maybe sold out. Films screening in the smaller Community Theater will have more ticket scrutiny to make sure we can seat all who purchase tickets. However, if 40 tickets are sold to a film in the Community theater, and another 40 attendees with passes wish to see that film, five of those with passes will not be seated. Your pass allows to to see another film or attend a panel or workshop during that time, those who purchase single tickets are only admitted to that film. In shorter terms, seating goes as such: Ticket Derby pre-purchased single tickets, then festival and day passes, then tickets at the door. We may cut off sales until right before a film begins and then fill in any seats remaining with door purchases. We hope you understand this policy. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS SIMPLY BECAUSE YOU DO NOT PAY ATTENTION TO THESE RULES. Enjoy the show!
